Case studies
Given the limited number of clinical trials undertaken in PHTS to date, PTEN Research understands the value of case studies outlining treatment of various aspects of PHTS and, therefore, maintains a tracker of case studies reported in the literature of PHTS patients treated with rapalogs and other PI3K pathway inhibitors more generally.
A summary of the studies we have recorded can be requested from research@ptenresearch.org, noting it is not based on a systematic literature search.
